Stock wheels with BFGoodrich g-force KDWS. Buy nicer wheels and tired for "normal" use.

15" SSR CompX's and R700 rally tires .....

they are specifically designed for Subi's and Rallies

That's the best advice out there. KDWS are the perfect tire for what you're looking for, and the top choice for many of the top drivers in our RallyCross program (well, those who aren't in Open class running full on rally tires).

What would that package cost, and do the wheels fit over 4 pots and 2 pots?

Find some crap steel rims and tires that will fit. Maybe from an old Maxima or something and beat those to hell, then put your stockers back on and pretend nothing happened.
