I went offroad today
just thought i should share my fun with the rest of yous guys. There is a big dirt field out by my house, so i got a wild hair up my a$$ and went for it. well to make a long story short, i got sideways at about 55mph about 7-12 times and got up to 90mph on the straight. it ws more fun than anything i have ever experinced. (well allmost) i was so suprised how easy it was to controle a long drift in my car on the dirt, even at such high speeds. i felt like i was in the WRC or something. well thats it thanks for reading.

Darn if you wern't in Cali I would ask if you would wanna invite some of us less, how shall we say, property endowed scooby owners to come play in you wonderland with you. Thay always say fun is best when shared with others (or somthing to that effect). Hell if its your land and you truly enjoy it you could start the first ever "Dirt Drift" competition in your own yard. Hmmm... that ain't such a bad idea?

"Hell yeah! BAIC meet in the field by dood's house! I always knew RE92s would be good for SOMETHING.... I can't bring myself to shred my S-03s in the dirt."

damn that looks like fun! it's been a while since i've been able to get slideways in the snow. i have more than a couple of fond memories of four wheel drifting arround corners on snow covered roads, and spinning e-brake 360s in ski area parking lots

Been there
Hah! I recognize that front bumper packed with snow, I've had my Outback look like that several times. I keep buying tinted front license plate covers, and I keep shattering them somehow...
Last time I was offroad was on Vilano Beach FL - nothing wild, but so much fun I got a stiffie.
We have a lot of hilly gravel country roads in Ohio, they are great fun with AWD. Just keep an eye out for the narrow wheel tracks left by Amish buggies.
(If the horse turds are not flattened yet, the buggy is not far ahead)
