Help with alignment...please
So I got my car aligned after I had my progress springs installed. The printout they gave me said that I had -1.1 camber in the front, 3.3 caster if I remember correctly, and -.34 toe on the left and -.25 on the right. What I was wondering is does lowering the car affect toe that much? And if so isn't toe easy to fix so shouldn't they have been able to get it back into factory specs? I'm a bit worried about this because I don't want my tires to wear out too prematurely, and it seems that this much negative toe will do that. Help me out guys, I'd like a few more opinions. Thanks
Toe out occurs on the WRX when the car is lowered because the steering arms are in front of the axles instead of behind them - this helps with handling. Small toe out/in won't affect tire wear much, especially your numbers. Toe out is good for performance because it makes the inside tire in a turn work a little harder with true ackerman angle.
If the car pulls or responds differently from right to left, then have them redo it. If it tracks straight and you don't feel any odd sensations when turning, I'd go with it.

Toe is generally measured in inches or degrees in or out - not negatives. I would say that negative toe would be toe out. I'll check around to see if this is correct...
