Forester xt wheel fitment

Looking for some advice on wheel fitment for my girlfriends fxt. The foz is an 04 and will soon be lowered on coils that have front and rear camber plates. I personally like flush bordering on impractical wheel fitment, but this is my girls car and I want her to have a safe setup. Im curious as to how wide I can go on the wheels ( I have already decided on 18's) without stretching the tires. Willing to run sight camber to make fitment.
Thanks for the help!
