I have an 03 wrx, tiny donut spare. I have big brembos from an sti.. if I had a front flat, would this spare even fit? Does the sti come with a spare tire? Is it the same one?

 

no it will not. you have to buy an sti oem spare. yes the oem spare does clear the brembos as i have already had to use it.

 

Just move one of the rear tires to the front and put the spare on the rear (unless you have rear brembo calipers) as this is what you should do anyway. Did you use the stock wrx brakelines with the brembos? how do you like them so far? Any tips for my install?

 

I'm just driving w/o a spare.. I have front and rear brembos. dunno about the install cuz I had the shop do it. I got the sti lines too. they rock

 

Can you tell me the minimum necessary to install the rear STi brembos onto a wrx?
