Conversion Question???

I have a 2003 WRX & I was wondering if I can convert it from a 5x100 wheel pattern to a 5x114 wheel pattern(from an STi)?

You could, but it would be expensive, difficult, and would cut your wheel choices down to practically zero. There's nothing to gain by switching.
