It's round in shape?!

I don't have any experience w/ it, so don't quote me, but it has the highest rating (w/ Tire Rack) for snow traction among other UHPAS tires.

I also heard the sidewall is on soft side, so prepare to put more psi. Remember that ContiExtremeContact is ALL SEASON tire, so DON'T expect it to be like SUMMER PERFORMANCE tire.

I too have no experience, but Continentals seem to be rather durable and long lasting, I've known some people with them on the Euro cars and they last a while. And Continental seems to have some pretty decent performance tires. Sport Compact Car had an S2000 suspension shootout in which all cars ran on ContiSportContact 3s. But all-seasons will undoubtedly have less impressive performance.

Tell me about it. I still have not hit the snow with this car!!! Dammit! But that's probably a good thing, cuz it still runs the OEM RE070s. I need to get a second set of rims/tires, but winter-focused.

And as far as snowboard toting, I discovered that, by some miracle, I can just barely fit my Burton lengthwise across the backseat!
Any more than two people-take the bus!

ANYONE(local to the Sacramento/Citrus Heights/Roseville/Rocklin area) have a spare set of tires/rims that i could barrow? Im planning on getting new tires at the end of Aug/Sept.

current set up is 225-40-18.

Anything will help! Thanks!!

So far ive called a few places to find the cheapest single tire in my size.
Americas Tire Co - $125
Big O - $136.98
Les Schwab - $154

too much monies for a single tire especially if im going to buy 4 new ones in about a month
