Gc8 Wrx Oem Wheels On 2006 Impreza 2.5?
I have a chance to pick up some cheap GC8 WRX rims, I am guessing JDM, and the seller says "+53". He does not know what this means, I am guessing 53mm offset.
Will these fit on my 2006 2.5l Wagon?
Looking at online tire shops, it seems like the 2006 is a 48mm offset, I am guessing 16x7.
Can anyone help?

Yes, +53 means 53mm offset.
Yes, should fit your ALL years Impreza just fine, but it may rub on older Impreza (93-01)... depends on tires.
06-07 Impreza 2.5i OEM wheel is 16x6.5" +55 offset.

definitely 16x7. imo, the gc8 rims, either the 5 spoke or the 6 spoke look awesome on the gd chassis cars. they should fit perfect on your car and if you ever decide to upgrade brakes, they actually fit over the 06-07 4 pots with no problems. also, you will be able to fit 225 width tires on there no problems, probably no rubbing on your car. i have really minimal rub with 225's on my gc now
