Alignment Settings for a WRX

I just upgraded my car with some slightly used 17 inch wheels and tires, and want to get an alignment so i get some decent life out of these. In the past, i've always had the car aligned to factory specs, and to my understanding, that has a lot of toe out in the front which causes the inside of the tire to wear quickly.

What are some good settings for toe, camber, etc... for spirited street driving that will get me good tire life? Also, what's a good pressure for 235/40/17 tires?

Uncle Scotty, would you please chime in? you have some good advice on this stuff.
