General IC question for you guys!

Hey guys,

I know you're busy most of the time, but I was hoping I could ask you a quick question. I recently purchased a TXS/Hyperflow TMIC and accoring to them, an intercooler splitter cannot be used when running this intercooler. I was wondering what you guys thought about not running a splitter and if I could possibly see less power gains or longer cooling periods, etc.
