Looks more like a mother trying to teach her boy to be tough and fight back... as you can see... shes helping him up in the beginning and telling him to fight back.. and the little girl (boys sister) also approached her a bit later saying "mom, its broken" or something like that.. also he seems more like he wants to walk away, is reluctant to hit his mom, so instead he takes it... messed up situation if you ask me... but hey... Ghetto Combat Training... that boy will join a gang within the next year...
