A custom tune for that setup is $400. A safe boost level for those mods on 91 octane is around 16-17psi. That being said, with any turbo engine with that much mileage, you're going to be taking some risk by tuning it and/or driving it hard. Most of them do just fine, but you have to understand that these engines will not last forever.

Thanks

I know that i have high miles i am not really concerned with that when it blows it blows... then i am going to look into doing an H6 twin turbo swap, would that be something you could do? if so what would you say is a rough estimate for that and also how far out are you booked?

I could definitely do the tune for you. As far as the H6 swap, its not something that we would want to tackle. It would end up being prohibitively expensive for almost anyone and would take a long time to get working properly. You might want to consider something more conventional like an EJ257 swap with a nice size turbo.

Thanks

how far out are you booked? and the main reason for this tune is because i was already tuned once before i ent catless and decided to go catless and now i am running really rich... so more to restore fuel economy and get some more power would be nice for when i want to use it but this car is a daily driver and usually is driven very conservatively

Long tine no talkie Ed. What's good? I never told you but that cut out issue was my fuel pump. I guess e85 does eat those pumps. She feels perfect again

Ah crazy... you're the first one I've seen go. We started using the Aeromotive in tank pumps now and they're awesome. Fully E85 compatible and offer some really nice flow.
