That may be true; but one should not use race to judge that equality.
I deal with morons every minute Monday - Friday 9:30am-4:00pm and let me say this - ignorance, stupidity and just plain ineptness knows NO race, creed, or any other biologically based origin.

I had a lady at work say that because my Uncle, from South Africa, is white, he is not "African American". He was born and raised in Africa and moved to Colorado when he was about 15 and has lived their ever since.
She was born in Detroit and says that he is not African American, but she is as she is black.
this made me laugh.

From the dawn of time, people have always wanted to be better than others. That is unfortunate, but to me that is the idea of survival of the fittest. That's why the holocaust happened. They can pick anything to be mad about and just use it against them. Prejudice, racism, discrimination. It's always existed.

There are only a few situations that which the entire human race will unite under 1 banner.
1. Cataclysmic celestial event (planet killing meteor)
2. Biological epidemic (flu, Zombies...)
3. Aliens (coming in either peace or war)
