Yes, that's the point I think. Helladumb found a little paradox for himself...since he's a biggot, his difinition of 'slum' includes the requirement that the neighborhood be non-white...so when he asks someone to name two white slums, he thinks it's an impossible question to answer.

 

Since you have such an inferiority complex and hatred for the white race, you automatically think a white neighborhood, trailer park, or lower class neighborhood is a slum.

Since you seem to be having difficulties with the definition of slum, I'll spell it out for you:
