I took that to be a jab at our president, not the troops. Being that Bush is "stuck in Iraq" because he doesn't know any better about managing quagmires.

BUT, that was just my initial gut interpretation. I've been busy in my own world, and didn't realize other people interpreted as the troops. Thats ****ed up if that's what Kerry really meant.
