I've been apart of some serious smoke sessions, two were because I opted to not get article 15s for something stupid I did. I took the hours long smoke session instead. I also gave a few when I was really pushed over the edge as a sergeant (took a lot because I hated the idea after being broken-down as a private). But we never struck our men like seen in those videos and hardly did things to cause irreversible physical damage. We did do a lot of forced water drinking, though... I'm surprised nobody has died from that in the service.

Many hours of running with a backpack full of bricks, usually more than 60 pounds (30 kilo) of bricks.
Done maybe one 6mile PT march with gasmasks. Ran many a mile with flack jackets too. A lot of us here have.
I voluntarily ran if we were allowed during certain non-tactical road marches and with 60lbs or more. It was easier sometimes to keep a slow run pace. ****, a buddy of mine and I ran/jogged the entire 18mile Bruck, Germany course in 2:30 with 32 kilos. My feet were “degloved” at the end.
