"In the UCLA case, the student, who was stunned Tuesday night after he refused to show ID at a school library, thought he was being singled out because of his Middle Eastern appearance, his lawyer said."
He refused to show ID because he thought he was being singled out because of his appearence. He's a tool. Show your ID, ***** about it while you're showing it but show it none the less. Don't show it and get treated like a tresspasser.

Lol

As for the students demanding badge numbers during all this.
Police officers are required to give their name and badge # upon request. Staying busy will prevent interaction time with witnesses; it is to silently resist giving out information to possible whistleblowers. This is not a quiet subject in any law enforment agency.
Luckily it had been videotaped. 50+ college students' tesimonies could have been easily manipulated if it had not been caught.
No, I'm not a Police Officer... I wouldn't want to be one. As I've already said, if some little sissy boy got in my face damanding things, I'd beat his ***. When a cop tells me to do something, I do it. Chris Rock has a great skit that's posted on Youtube about "how not to get your *** kicked by the police". All those prissy little mommas boys should take notes.

You probably wouldn't make a very distinguishable officer.
If you are an officer; you don't deserve my focking taxed dividends.

Not really much new info other than the fact that a lawsuit is being filled (of course...).

True, but the police confirmed that he is a student...also, in that lab there's a desk that you have to go to on the way in to get 'assigned' a computer to use...at least there was when I was there...
