The June 1998 note says bin Laden “might take the course of least resistance and turn to a civilian [aircraft] target.”
Does this bother anyone? I don't see how Clinton (or Bush) gets a pass on not protecting civilian airliners.

The whole Saudi Arabia thing is rediculous...we should have attacked them, if anyone, a decade ago to thwart terrorism. But they're our oil buddies.
