****!

There should be a provision for govt.

If they want to raise taxes, they have to prove they've cut all necessary spending first.

My opinions do not have to be backed up by the constitution. If I believe that taxes are theft, then that is my right--regardless of what the constitution says. If you disagree, then you're entitled to your ****ty opinion as well.

And speaking of making assertions, maybe you shouldn't make assumptions: I'm well aware of the 16th amendment.

it's okay...state senator Maldonado ensured that we don't need to pay the $0.12 tax for gas!

Freakin' A, i'd rather pay the extra $0.12 per gallon and keep you unwholesome hands out of my income tax bracket!!!

you are as much the government as the people in Sacramento and Washington. if you've ever used any public service, collected any unemployement, collected disability insurance, driven on a road, had to call police or fire, etc... then you've used what you pay in to.

and really, taxes aren't really all that high... try living in canada or europe and see how that 50% feels.

i find this post especially ironic given government grants, funded by taxes, allowed for the research that led to the creation of the internet... the instrument he now uses to spew his senseless drivel.

it wasn't al gore, it was THIEVES who created the internet!

ALL HAIL THIEVES!
