Islam was violently spreading long before the crusades. Take a history class. When you apologists for radical islam have no arguement you try resort to events hundreds of years ago.

You're right... a generalization (i.e. stereotype). Similar to saying blacks can't speak good English, or they like friend chicken and watermelon. Hidden in the subtext of his post is the idea that Arabs are less than human. Demarcating the ethnic other is a good sign of a racist or moderately racist individual.

 

What I'm saying is that I believe Paul is speaking out of frustration. I stand by my statement when I say that I think he doesn't really believe that all arabs want to blow themselves up.
