Isn't that the point of America? Equal rights an all. Illegal alien or not, police still have to follow proceedure just like with everyone else. You don't receive a "get out of protocal free" card just because someone isn't a documented citizen

If they would have gone by the book, that person would have been deported and no one would have written about it.

 

Weird, I wonder what the Mexican gov't would say if all the Americans shaken down by corrupt mexican cops tried to take it to court in Mexico.

 

That's why Mexico is Mexico and 'Merica is 'Merica. You can't keep calling yourself the good guy if you keep doing what the bad guys do.
