I don't know whether McCain or Obama was the better choice. But as a country we can only hope we have done the right thing.

I'm sick of the country blaming everything on W Bush. I think I was ultimately pushed towards Obama's side due to the unrelenting hate and slander put towards him. Just like GWB, I thought a lot of the anger name calling was unjust and greatly exaggerated. Bush made some mistakes, but was not the evil villain much of America likes to project on him.

I think Obama will end up being surprising close to center. It's a gut feeling I get after watching so many of his interviews, debates, and speeches. He seems like the kind of person who would like to please everyone. The unsettling part of that is that you can never please everyone. I can only hope he checks himself when going too far.

The nation is in bad shape. I don't expect him to do anything great, but I do expect him to get things moving in the right direction for the country.

just my $0.02

I didn't vote for him, but I do support much of what he's saying. I'd admit I was wrong. I do for choosing bush in 2000. I was wrong for having done so.

Sorry. I hate W.

I can't stand him at all.

Finally, something we differ on

I voted for bush the second time around and i completely regret it. I listened to my family instead of creating my own opinion and doing my own research. Bush is a douchebag!!
As for Obama, only time will tell if he becomes the president we all want him to be.

I voted for bush twice. I dont think it was the best choice but I dont ever regret anything I do. We could have had Kerry in office instead, cant say that things would have been better with that.

But yeah if Obama does a good job i will admit it. I hope he does, but then again I hope anyone voted in will do a good job. only time can tell
