Who says he's even worthy of impeachment. Cheney as president would be absolutley horror show. Incompetance to declassify obviously pertainant paper trails, inablility to tolerate those who may express views or opinions unlike his/they're own, Contracts given without bid to special interest "connections" throughout the white house, The "loss" of 1 Trillion Dollars reported to Congress the day before 9/11, the deficit increased due to the excess billing of our government by "special interests" contractors for services unfulfilled or overexaggerated, the loss of our rights to trial as American citizens in case of being suspect "terrorist"; The (12) 1 million man "terrorist" prison camps built by funds straight from Haliburton chills me to the bone.

Not only is this scraping the surface of issues in modern day neo-con america; It's unruly to think all of this could be compared to a ******* by a consenting woman of legal age.

The indication for me that things were not right; was the fact a grown, educated man could not hold a small child's book upright prior to being notified of the 9/11 "attacks". Could it have neen nervousness, stress, boredom, hard thought? If any other normal educated, grown man was in the same position; they probably would have been more likely to hold the book upright, and immediatly responded to the situation; rather than "sit & stew" for fear of scaring children who were as far away from the problem as he was.

Or was he?

WTF, was on this man's mind to distract him enough to hold a book upside-down during a less than stimulating affair with America's future laborers.

According to CNN, AP is calling Virginia in favor of the Democrats.

And with the two independents caucusing with the Democrats, the Democrats have the majority.

There will be a recount, and sometime in December we will effectively have 51 Democratic senators. Interesting.

No recount, it's been declared.

( I think that means no recount.)

Yeah, no recount. From TFA

A source close to [Incumbent Republican Senator] Allen also told CNN that the senator "has no intention of dragging this out."

Well from the right winger perspective, This is was expected. Bush has been on his way down for a while. Th election shows this clearly. The dems are still screwed come '08. They don't have any plans. You think we were in a bad quagmire with Bush's failed plan, take the same quagmire with no plan and a San Francisco liberal as the speaker of the house. Illegal immigration=open borders, Iraq=cut and run, Afganistan=cut and run, Iran=nukes, bye bye tax cuts, how will they pay for all of thier programs and reduce the deficit at the same time. I can only imagine, I actually look forward to it. It's one thing to finger point, it's another to have the finger pointed at you. Why do you think they lost control in '92?

Only time will tell about what is going to happen in the next two years but anything is better than the way we have been going. It's just a big vicious circle. In 2-8 years the party not in power will have enough dirt brought forth to dissuade enough voters into changing their minds and it will swing conservative again. It's never going to stop until America and Americans can actually think for themselves and not let the television and print news do their thinking for them, which is never going to happen. We are just too lazy and stupid as a nation.

Wow, that's cool. Wasn't the margin like 7,000 votes out of over 3 million? I'd have asked for a recount if I lost by that small of a percentage. And if I won by that large of a percentage, privately I would not really blame my opponent for asking for a recount either.
