Yeah he got railroaded for sure. The screaming, from what I heard, wasn't even screaming except on the broadcast version of it. And from then on, he was the crazy guy...still hasn't escaped that stigma.

Can you imagine the outrage if Bush said "the modern democretic party consists of left over 1960's hippies, timothy leary followers and minorities". I think the guy just doesn't like or respect anyone who either doesn't agree with him or isn't a democrat.

Maybe....but maybe the republican party really is more homogeneous than the democratic party and he was pointing that out.

I don't want to argue about this though, since I don't really care about/like Dean that much. I just think he got a bad rap before anyone had the info on what kind of politician he really was, and it got snowballed out of control.

Both of the above quotes by Dean are essentially true. Your theoretical quote is utter pablum, though I wouldn't be at all surprised to hear that coming from Bush's mouth.

I know it's hard for you to hear a democrat with some ***** tell the truth, but you're going to have to get used to it. As far as your assertion that dean "doesn't like or respect anyone who either doesn't agree with him or isn't a democrat" I'm telling you right now, you don't know what you're talking about.

And yes, the "scream" was taken from the sound board when Dean was trying to be heard over 3000 screaming supporters.

That's nice, but fact of the matter is you didn't.

Hello ! <nock nock> {hollow} The guy all but said "I hate everyone I don't agree with, they are evil" I'd like you to find two quotes where the guy has made a positive or even nuetral comment about someone on the other side, my bet is you'll be hard pressed to find one. Sorry but in my book somebody who makes generalizations like Dean has, is a hate filled idiot.

Duh. All 3000.

For the record, I'm not a republican, and didn't vote for Bush in either election, but I do know an *** when I see one.

The only reason you think he's an *** is the spin you've been given. I admited I don't know enough about him to defend him, at least admit you don't know enough about him to condemn him.
