And that is alot of people. I will never be the guy to put more blame on Bush for how things went down. To me the Local and State officials really screwed the pooch on that one. People just didn't think it would be as bad as it was.
But Bush could have done things much better with his side of the equation that is a certainty.

and to MVWRX, that's only because sometimes you tangibly have to be there. To get counseling, and to supervise others.
