Did M&M say he was going to kill anyone or imply that he was? I don't listen to tard *** so I wouldn't know. But if he didn't say he was going to kill anyone than he's not as guilty as this guy. This dude apparently stated outright that he was going to blow up some buildings and planes or something...correct me if I'm wrong. So he had the intent, the means, and ability...I vote we kill his ***...lol.

My brother had a roommate in college who got pissed at someone and said he would kill them and was arrested for "terrorist threats"

It makes you wonder where the line is between threats and freedom of speach/irresponsible entertainment.

 

It's all in hearing and not the saying.

Nowadays it's not what you say, but who you say it to and how they take it.
