Well obviously you could only have one mag loaded at a time, but I was thinking more along the lines of. . . more mags to use after the first one

Mr. HellaDumb, may I ask you this? Have you made a single comment on this ENTIRE board that wasn't HellaDumb? My second question will be, why is it wrong for an individual to express his opinion? If someone wants to overthrow our government, they are entitled to why they wish to do this. You don't neccessarily agree, but you don't need to flame anyone for it. Opinion is one of the most important things we hold as Americans.

So STFU n00b.

You, I, and the rest of the conservatives are letting the country get hijacked and ruined by liberals and the freaky fringe.
Basically anyone who disagrees with you is a liberal. LOL.

I think both major parties are destroying America, slowly but surely. There was an unfortunate Consitutional amendment in the last century which allowed them to rob us. It started out as just a trickle but the more money they take, the more power they have, the more money they take. The federal government is vastly exceeding its Constitutional powers and it gets worse every year. States' rights and the powers of local government are surely being eroded down to nothing.

It would be OK if we actually had a representative federal government. But we don't. The congressional and presidential elections have been taken over by a racket. The racket is called the DNC and the GOP. They pretend to be liberals and conservatives, respectively, but if you look at their policies instead of their rhetoric, it's clear they are very similar. They take bribes and "contributions" and use this to gain office. Then they turn around and abuse the 16th Amendment to steal our wages and give them back to the bribers and "contributors". The elections results are no longer controlled by the people. The election results are controlled between the two parties who hold power via corruption and exploitation of the 16th amendment.

We have had two of the worst presidents in history (Clinton and Bush) and now it looks like the next one is Kerry, an even worse man than either Bubba or Dubya. Congressional choices are no better. Boxer, Feinstein, Tauscher, etc - Why don't we Californians just castrate ourselves and mail in our *****?

It's not time yet, but unless something happens to end the two-party system they will ruin this country. And then you will see Americans ready to "throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security." IMHO it's not a question of whether this will happen in our lifetimes, but when.

Very well written Funked. And I agree with most everything.

Perhaps segwaying this into another topic, how can we practically remove the power from the feds and bring it back to local entities?

I don't know. Maybe limit federal budget to something like 5-10% of GDP except in case of war (strictly defined as foreign invasion/attack on US soil).

I guess that's my point. They have a monopoly (duopoly?) so that we have no choice but Evil and (slightly) Lesser Evil.

I used "" because I don't mean evil in the literal sense, but rather the systemic problems of the parties.

I agree with Michael Savage that both parties will get us to the same ill fate, though the Dems appear to be the fast track.

only problem with that is that it's isolationist, and if something global (but not on us soil) were to happen, say. . . China decides it wants more land and attacks russia (a fellow NATO country I might add) then what? Could be on the brink of a major worldwide conflict and having a limit like that would only hurt us. . . not that I'm against reasonable limits, I'm just saying IMO it would have to be structured differently

Russia is not in NATO but you have a point. Maybe have some kind of higher spending cap for military support of allies. The idea is to prevent them from abusing the definition of war.
