I'm not sure, but I could have sworn that part of the Hypocratic oath was to always help someone who was dying and to not take part in killing...what a dilema.

Well, doctors regularly kill people by mis-administering anasthesia or by prescribing lethal mixes of prescription drugs, so it's just the detail of their intent.
