It's an interesing theory, although I have to say the only case where I'd agree is rape. Clearly rapists have some problems with their sexuality subconciously. But other criminals, say a bank robber, probably have more problems with their self worth and personal image than they do with their sexuality. And some people really just need the money and feel they have no other way than to commit crime...I wouldn't say that's an indicator of latent homosexuality neccesarily.
