Would you like cream in your coffee, sir? One lump or two? Anything for you, sir.

I'm pretty sure I wasn't looking at the “bomberized” faces of the victims and those reacting across the world. Keep up the good work guys!

The BBC has re-edited some of its coverage of the London Underground and bus bombings to avoid labelling the perpetrators as "terrorists", it was disclosed yesterday.

But it's not so much the word. It's more of human nature in how we react to these types of incidents with terror.
If we called terrorists "snuggle bunnies" then children would be scared of their stuffed animals.
I see your point though...

To label someone a Terrorist is to give the world a bad guy that everyone can hate and hopefully come together and eradicate. To call them a criminal is to suggest that an isolated incident took place that doesn't concern anyone but the victims. In the later description I think there is a greater chance that the bad guys may gain some sympathy. Yea, I suppose that if we were to down play it, it would **** of the scub doing it. Of course they're trying to get the worlds attention.
I just think that the world needs to put it's foot down and search out and destroy this very real threat. The more we embrace it, the sooner we'll come together to stop it.
