Death Race 2007 - BBC Documentary

Found this online - worth a look. Its pretty long 30mins but interesting.

new craze eh?...

someone should make a documentry on "how 'fast and the furious' ruined everything"

on the other note...some of the videos on there are just stupid things done by stupid people.

remove clips because they're dangerous huh..."copy cats will get blood on their hands"...i really see no logic in this.

so...guy watches a video where most of people watch it for entertainment because its just insane and something a normal person wouldnt do, but this one guy knowing its dangerous, mr copycat decides to copy it...later he gets hurt. so this is the website's fault for posting it? or is it the person recording it? or simply, wont it be the guy that actually did it, risking himself and other by doing so? if he didnt get the idea of doing a wheelie or speeding on website, he most likely get it by watching someone else, on tv, on news, whatever. trying to block out what people can see or read does not solve anything, person needs to be educated to decide on their own.

thats like parents of backyard wrestling kids sueing wwe. its not wwe's fault, its the parents fault for not educating your kids.

I think society has started to blame anything but itself for the way society is acting.. Its always something else, the Interweb, movies, bad parenting etc..

People make decisions for themselves and it seems that people are becoming more and more less caring about others.. But I thought it was an interesting docu might not be a true interpretation of things, kinda like the "Let them eat Cake" mentality..
