As a judge, personal views are always to be kept out of judicial rulings. Ginsberg thinks it should be legal for young teens to have sex, but is she going as far as that the constitution allows it? Republicans didn't think so, and if Alito says he respects precedent, the issue is pure politicing on the democrat side.

Also, make sure you keep in mind the purpose of this document, and the target audience.
