Just installed my BC Racing BR Series coilovers today and my first initial impression is, Wow. What a difference going from Swift springs, stock struts to coilovers. Ride is so much better. My bro in law even said the car felt better. Need to lower it a bit more, Im at 2 fingers width all around. Also got to go and get myself a good alignment over at AI. Been playing with the dampning. Right now I'm at 15 clicks front 18 rear. Might turn them down just a few clicks.

what are the best coilovers for ride comfort? I guess that would be the dampening right? I really just want the looks, but I want the soft ride also. Where I live there are so many railroads and bump in the roads. Thanks!

How come nobody has brought up KW V3's or Club Sports? or Mann Engineering's Type-25?

KW V3's are amongst the best for performance AND comfort. So much adjustability...is a good thing. Ohlin's are prob the best...but for a steep price.

Depends on what you want out of it really. You have to ask yourself if you need the all the adjustments or if you're just looking for something that lowers your ride.

But I went with ST coilovers with group-n tophats, super comfy! They're pretty much the same as KW v1's except for the body. It's made of galvanized steel instead of stainless. Dampening is fixed, so it's height adjustable only. Perfect for me, I hated messing around with the dampening ****
