ok so i want to upgrade my 03 wrx sedan brakes to sti gold brembos...

i know the front calipers will fit with rotors, my ? is about the rear!
i know that the sti e-brake assembly is bigger...
can i buy an 04 sti hub and just bolt it on and everything would be dandy? are the axle splines the same from the 04 sti to the 03 wrx?

 

your fronts will bolt up, the rears on the other hand you have 2 very good options

1. get the godspeed rear brake kit (includes bigger hand brake shoes and brackets) this means you just need 04 sti rotors

2. get the fast wrx kit it will include the brackets and rotors that are made to work with your hand brake. this means you need to buy the same modified rotors from them everytime.

 

are you serious? i have been told the only way to go is to buy the brembo upgrade for the rears for my wrx which is $1700!!! can i get links to the first option?

I am making some brackets actaully atm may provide a cheaper solution all you would have to do is purchase the larger brake shoes so you can use the handbrake

i payed about 450 for the kit brake shoes and brackets shipped from the UK about a month wait.
