Yes they are. What do you want out of your springs? Whiteline makes springs for more than one purpose.

i would like to try auto x and maybe just hit the track
but mostly it's my daily and want a little comfort
i also plan to get agxs soon

whiteline has a spring line called "control" it lowers a bit and stiffens, Thier "flatout" line is more for asthetics. I have controls paired with agx's on my legacy and I love it.

Yup, I'd also recommend the Controls with AGXs for daily driver/autocross use.

I am running "controls" on my legacy w/ sti top moutns and ver6 struts. I bit harsh for daily commuting, but fun. I'd like to try the springs w/ stock mounts and gr2's or agx's.

Agreed on the stock mounts. I have STi mounts on my RS, and it's the source of the harshness in the ride, but it's oh so sweet on turn-in. With stiffer springs, I wouldn't want them to save the ride, but with moderate springs like I have they are nice additions.
