Weird Noise from the front

Car has the following suspension mods: Progressive springs
Hotchkis competition sway bars (f/r) & endlinks (f&r). I run 205/55/16 tires. When going straight there is very little tire noise. When I turn to the left or right while driving there is a wo-wo-wo-wo-wo tire noise( Hard to spell a sound) that gets louder the faster I go. This happens with my old Bridgestones and my new Barums. The tire is not rubbing and I cannot figure it out. It is quite irratating. Please help if you can.

Did you have a four-wheel alignment performed after the spring installation? Is tire wear even across the tread width on all four tires?

I purchased the car like it is now. The back wear decent but the front wore real bad on the outside. The Bridgestones were getting real loud so I had them replaced thinking it would silence them. So it may be the alignment? I will check on this asap.

any erratic tire wear will most likely be from alignment issues.

outter tire wear will most likely be the result out too much toe in meaning your tires are aligned like this: / \

I had the alignment today. The toe was a little out of spec but not bad. He adjusted it but the noise is still there. Straight line the noise is slight however as the speed increases or the steering wheel is turned either to the left or the right the noise increases dramatically. It sounds like when I was in the army and I was driving a Hummer on the highway with the off road tires.

maybe tire pull..(the tread of the tire is not center)
if it is only from one side (tire) it could be a defective tire. which i have encountered..

it may not be the soulution but just a suggestion
