Tire Problems
My brother has a 2003 legacy GT and he is having big problems with his stock tires. They are making a loud noises and rumbling at all speeds and just seem to me falling apart. I guess it is pretty loud. They only have 20,00 miles on them and he is not getting any help from the Manufacturer of the tires and subaru. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

Sometimes you just wear through tires. Has he tried balancing the wheels again?
If everything else checks out, upgrading from those stock RE92's is never a bad move.

yeah, get em balanced and if that doesnt solve it then I'd upgrade. If the problem continues you may need to get an alignment.
I had 16,000 miles on my 97 GT and they were down to the cords. The alignment was off I had been complaining about it since the first oil change they said alignment was fine I rotated them every 5000 miles Subaru was no help also front pads were gone at 24,000 I always got 60,000 plus out of my other subs pads that is.
