So I wanna tilt my wagon, but am on a budget. Would it be wize to buy some after market springs just for front? Or should I get the rear also. And what kind should I get? ....'NOOB ALERT!'......

you just want the front dropped and the back up in the air?? why??
it makes the handling pure crap.

If ur gonna do it anyway then just get the adjustable ebay springs and you can slam the front and keep the rear stock with atleast the same spring stiffnesses all around.
