tein flex user question

Tein flexes were just installed on my 02 sedan wrx. Originally, I had the dampening set at about 8 clicks, midway. However, the front end seems to be extremely jumpy. It is most apparent at night when I'm driving because my headlight beams just rock back up and down. Is there and ideal setting anyone else is using? The car is low but nowhere near slammed. Just wondering if anyone else had issues with this.
