Suspension decision
I'm torn between getting swift springs, or going with stance/megan coil overs. Can I get some input from some people that have those?
I want to try to ride in a car with all 3 before I make the decision.

You're way better off with Swifts.. Or, if you really want coilovers go with Cusco Zero 3e's...

If your getting springs i suggest a new strut also with the sprin option you have very limited adjustment options. Coilovers on the other hand are a little expensive but offers you a wide variety of customization options. The heights, camber, and stiffness. I had ride on megan coils b4 and lets just say you are wasting money. I sold mine about 4 month after i put them in. I'm not sure if Tanabe makes coils for your subi i know they do for the 98-01 model but they are prolly one of the best coils i ride on. Not many people heard of them and i think they are very underrated. Ill give you a link to their web check out if they make coils for your car i know they make springs too

Not being Biased but Swift Springs for the win. But just check each components track record and that should narrow you choice down.

If you are planning to do mainly daily driving and the occasional auto-x and track, you are probably better off with a shock/spring combo.
If you are planning to compete competitively in auto-x or other motorsports and plan to really dial in your suspension, coilovers might be a better option for you. Understand though, that dialing in suspension is not easy. It takes time, and a lot of it I might add, to dial it in to where you want it. It took me a year to get it to where I want it to, and I still want to improve it a little.
