Subby suspension question

Greetings everyone,

I am starting to hear some anoying sounds coming from the rear suspension on both sides of my WRX. It sounds like some bushings have gone bad. I feel and hear a sound of rubber rubbing against rubber. It only happens when i am driving real slow like crawling.

Does anyone know what the official name for these bushings might be? They are the bushings above the springs and shocks. Or if anyone might have any idea what could be wrong i would grealtly appreciate your advice.

Thanks in Advance

You can buy silicone spray at autoparts stores. You shouldnt need to take it apart, but if you feel like it, then use a grease instead of silicone
