The rates are nice, i dont know the numbers, but I have ridden in a local I-clubbers car with the springs on his 02 RS and it rides nice. And they dont lower the car at all btw.

Spring rates are 217/190. I ran them on my stock struts for a while, and you will notice improved handling. You will also notice some ride/handling artifacts that you might or might not like, that are attendant to the spring in effect asking the strut to do more than it wants to.
This is most noticeable on bumps that make the car get a bit of air. When the car settles, there's an unsettled feeling of instability that you get.
It works well, because the increased spring rates mean that the springs have caught up to the struts' damping curve. The problem is that the black springs rates are a bit too much for the stock struts.
