they look like it, do they still have the labels on the bottom? each strut should be labeled, mine were.

Yup.. from what I have come across all year same model STI / Spec C's use the same PN for the strut.

the paint code on the springs looks right too. i'd have to crawl under my car, but i'm pretty sure thats the same code as on mine.
