Question Steering wheel shake?

My steering wheel is shaking hard when i brake. Is it time for new pads, or is it the alignment? 30,000 miles on original stock pads.

Try to get the wheels balanced first. That's cheaper. Hopefully it is not a bearing/hub going out.

It could be from hard braking, your rotors may be a bit warped, to where there are high and low spots in them, time for slotted rotors and new pads

Stoptech in my mind is the best brake company, for street and performance. I am actually thinking about getting the stage 2 myself.

Good Luck

All the staged kits are OEM size for the car; that is why they ask you the model number and year.

If you aren't changing the calipers, the rotor size is best left factory. The BBK (big brake kits) are what change the rotor size, but they are 3 to 5 times as expensive.
