Sound coming from front right brake assembly?

So after taking my car to a construction jobsite for work earlier this week, it has acquired a noise which comes from the front right brake assembly (or at least I think it's from there). The noise sounds like metal or something scraping against something else. It starts happening when I turn the steering wheel left, and doesn't stop until I turn right or I step on the brakes. As soon as I step on the brakes the noise goes away, and as soon as I release the brakes it comes back. It's not the wheel/tire as I have just installed new wheels and tires yesterday. I'm planning to take it to the dealership next week since it's under warranty, but I'd rather solve the problem myself (dealer+warranty=hassle). Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Vlad.

wheel bearing?

Grab the wheel/tire at 10 and 2 and try to shake it back and forth. If it moves or makes that noise then I believe it's your wheel bearing.

Tried that, the wheel is on pretty tight and won't budge.

Are the pads near worn out? There could also be something in the brake assembly that is moving under sideways load. Also if the backing plate is bent slightly, it may move just enough to touch under just the right load.
