scientific explaination of Squeel in reverse(STi)

sorry, i know its been kinda covered (post link if good enough)
i'm just a little lazy to "search"

situation recap-
sti- reversing and brakes go SQUEEL 2 SCREECH when pressed

the problem- it's embarrasing when people see an awesome looking car that screams when reversing- my car has 8k miles: i sold several of em and my friends one 1k miles does it already

the solution- i need a scientic explaination and "feasible" solution if there is any

thank you in advance for your helpful replies

Get StopTechs? Haha, just kidding.

Rallysportz idea of beveling the trailing edge of your pads is a good one. But before that, I would ask you what kind of bedding procedure you've done, if any?
