The RS to WRX swap is a straight bolt-on. You just need calipers, pads, and discs. You can find used WRX front brake kits from people who have upgraded for pretty cheap. I sold mine with extra pads for $200. I don't have anymore, sorry.

Not 100% sure of my measurements, but I think its like 10.6in Vs 11.2in or something like that (again, not 100% sure, but the WRX rotors are about .5" larger in diam.) Not sure of the rear H6 vs stock rear diam.

As for the brake swap heres the whole deal:

98-01RS / 02WRX: Uses old style calipers, and brake pads.

02+RS / 03+WRX: Uses NEW style calipers and pads.

the two types are NOT COMPATABLE (as in you cant take an 03WRX caliper and bolt it up to an 02 WRX caliper bracket)

other than that...you should be fine. The WRX rotors are the same for all years, so you can get any year WRX rotor. Good luck, and hope it works out for ya!

WRX and RS rear rotors are the same size AFAIK so I guess the answer to your question is yes

Arrow

Have a look here:

http://www.subaruwrxparts.com/tuneup.html

Notice the same part is used on the RS and WRX for the rear brake rotor
