Rotor help

I am trying to change out my rotors and can not get the OE ones off.
Am I missing something? I thought that once you pull the lug nuts, wheel and caliper, the rotor should just pop off. I even smacked it a few times with a hammer and a block of wood, not even a little budge.

My car is 3 years old with about 45K miles. It has seen it's share of salted winter roads. I was thinking that the rotor is just rusted on but once a hammer couldn't get it loose, I feel that there is a pin or something that I am missing.

There is the large nut in the center but I am pretty sure that is part of the front drive shaft.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

once you removed the caliper, there is nothing hold the rotor, I just changed my 02wrx front rotor recenlty, I use W-40 spray around the bolt, and hit it back with plastic hammer and came out, nothing relative with center nut.

There is two bolt holes on the rotors. Thread them with the right size bolt, I forgot the size, and do it evenly. The rotor should pop off. Make sure when doing the rears you leave the parking brake off because it will hold the rotor on there too.

Rotor removal. So simple and effortless with a couple of bucks worth of the correct size capscrews. Save 'em in your toolbox for any Subaru rotor removal job.
