By the way, E30s are for me the pinicale of BMW design. E30 M3 is for me, one of my top 5 cars of all time.
Yeah the E30 is so great cause its so simple! I used to own a white 325is and a white E30 M3 (which I sold for the STI). My wife used to have a Z3 coupe also.

I really like Ground Control too, I had their coilovers on both my E30's. I will contact them and see what options they have for a "comfortable" coilover setup. If not, I think we're doing D-specs.

Why do you need the coilover setup? What are you planning on doing with the car?

If you were to come out to the Wed. meet, I'll take you for a ride in my setup and you can determine if it would be something you'd be interested in getting. I'm on Swift Spec R's & Koni Yellows (along with other suspension bits). It really is about the dampening and having it properly matched to the setup.

Based on what your budget is, I would recommend sticking with your current springs (unless you want to change it up), get the Koni's or D Specs, Whiteline Com C tops up front & Group N tops for the rear. Put all that in, get a new alignment and be good.

Swift springs are awesome, but need new struts with adjustable damp, D-specs or AGX's would be a good choice. I hear the ride quality is good and it has a nice even drop. You can do new springs and struts for around 1000$

We like the springs that are on the car now, right height and not too harsh. I think we just need to get some shocks to handle the springs. We're both into track days and autoX's but shes only competitive to beat my times not much more.

Now that the weather is nice, we will be coming out to meets again. We've only made it to the MVKK meet a few times.
