Good choice

on the Perrin Bar...

I've had mine installed for almost a year now...really made a big difference and the heavy duty mount makes it worth it even more...

Too late now, but don't those endlinks cause the bar to walk?

I used Cusco with the 2nd Gen Gold anondized billet whiteline endlinks.... IMO the undisputed KO champion combo in the WRX world. It's the most time-tested, bullet-proof setup.

Does the subaru racing team run those other immitators? Thought not.

a buddy of mine picked up an IPD rear sway bar for $20 bucks.. I guess it came off a forester and the guy said it can be used on an 05 STi. What other parts would I need to install it? It's just the bar and some bushings.... Would I be able to use the factory parts when I take off the OEM rear sway bar?? What is this talk about Endlinks? Will I need to get that stuff? I am so confused... Please help!

I have the COBB rear bar and heavy duty mounts. I love it. No problems whatsoever. When I had the COBB front bar, it squeeked and clicked when turning lock to lock and made the front a bit stiff (but handled excellent). So now I have the stock front on until I can find a Cusco 21 or 22mm front bar to replace it. I think that would be a nice combo with the 25mm rear and 21mm front. Unless you plan on off-roading, in which some people say bigger bars aren't good for that. My car is for stret driving though and won't see much off-road duty.
